Had a great day, had an Atkins shake,  pork loin and broccoli and a large salad with lettuce, egg, ham, and ranch dressing.  A couple of tsp. of chunky peanut butter to top off the day.  I can get carried away with the peanut butter, its hard to stop.  Weigh in is Monday, we will see. 
I also take a multi vitamin, omega 3 (I hate fish) and a B complex with C. (Grains & Fruit).  I feel pretty good, Monday will be 3 months.
