Weighed this morning and lost another 1.5 lbs. Only weigh twice a week, Monday is weight in and somewhere in the middle to keep myself on track.  I have been working all week so its not too hard to stay "legal".  Lets hope this week end is good, I really want to be at a grand total of 25lb lost.  Will grill some burgers and fry up some summer squash.  Maybe cucumbers & tomato with italian dressing.
